In times of stress and uncertainty, it’s more important than ever to protect yourself and your business. The first part of this workshop will focus on identifying and avoiding phishing schemes, keeping your business credentials current and accurate, and maintaining client trust. The second part of the workshop will be devoted to opening your creative mind to trying something new for your business, and how to distinguish during uncertain times between what is, and isn’t, possible.
This 60-minute webinar will take place over Google Hangouts and can be joined by video or phone. Conferencing information will be sent out in advance of the event.
Michelle has actively participated in the US workforce for the last 25 years. Following her graduation from Tufts University, she entered the hospitality sector, working first for famed restaurateur Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, and later for global home furnishings company Crate & Barrel. Having been in business in pre- and post- 9/11 New York City, as well as during the onset and aftermath of the 2008 recession, she understands firsthand the uncertainty that accompanies an economic downturn. The former Oregon spokesperson for the Better Business Bureau, Michelle is a big believer in maintaining optimism and creativity to move forward.
