SEMINAR: Vulnerability & Resilience for Solopreneurs

About Your Seminar:

You can’t start a business or a new job without making yourself vulnerable.  Gathering the courage to show up, be seen, and live boldly putting your passions out into the world is sometimes overwhelming.

And while most of us can find business skill training, learning the skills of vulnerability and personal resilience can be a real challenge.

In this workshop we’ll discuss the current research on vulnerability, authenticity, and personal resilience learn the science-based approach to authentic relationships in your career (and at home).

How can vulnerability help your career flourish?  Join us to find out. You’ll walk away with the following knowledge:

  • Improved self-compassion practices to slay self-doubt
  • Learn to grow a meaningfully supportive community
  • Cultivate skills of resilience and self-empathy

Gina Senarighi is a couples counselor, communication consultant, and author who has been helping loving couples transform their relationships for nearly 20 years. Her non-judgmental straight-talk approach, generous expertise, and warmth puts clients at ease to get real when facing infidelity, jealousy, and non-monogamy.
