Doing this creates forward focused businesses and teams that are able to keep their goals in sight while navigating the ever-changing landscape of the day to day.

Michelle Gay has been an entrepreneur for over 25 years in both product and service based businesses. She has always had a deep curiosity for the human aspect of businesses and how we can more effectivel utilize and promote the people in our businesses She has spent the past 8 years as a small business consultant focusing on the culture and people side of business to help businesses build strong foundations to support their team and business. Teaching leaders to lead people instead of manage them and build a culture that values team members with a growth mindset is what really lights Michelle up.
In addition to working with clients, she leads people through interactive workshops that focus on the intersection between your business and you. She has led workshops at the Superwoman Summit, Nike and the Awaken Your Practice immersion weekend.
In her spare time, she can be found designing and creating things in her craft room and enjoying time with friends and family.
