Located in Mercy Corps Headquarters, next to Portland Saturday Market and the historic Skidmore Fountain, Mercy Corps has four beautiful spaces.
Whether it’s a corporate strategic planning session, a non-profit fundraiser, a networking evening with cocktails or somewhere in between, our venue can accommodate a variety of needs with space flexibility and state-of-the-art technology.
- Aceh Community Room: With an open floor plan and natural light, the room can accommodate receptions or theater or classroom seating from 20 to 150 people.
- Pre-Function: 800-square-foot area outside of the Aceh Community Room, it is most often used as a pre-event gathering space.
- Gallery: This 800-square-foot area with natural light often serves as a buffet or auction area as well as a meeting room for up to 40.
- Ankeny Space: The 3,484 square-foot space with open floor plan, built in projectors and screens and natural light is the perfect venue for a reception, break out space and lectures.
Event rentals come with the following equipment: lighting, sound system with wireless microphones, conference call connectivity, InFocus projector, screens, 24 – 2’ x 6’ tables, 8 cocktail tables and approximately 150 chairs.
Catering: The venue allows for all types of insured sustainable caterers to serve food/beverages and use its small kitchen prep space. Alcohol is allowed with server with OLCC or TIPS certification. A list of preferred sustainable caterers in available upon request.
